Baked Ziti is one of my favorite foods and is also one of the first recipes I learned how to cook. You can use your favorite pasta and your favorite tomato sauce. I like to experiment with the recipe and will sometimes include fresh or dried herbs (basil, oregano, and parsley all work well), Parmesan cheese, and even canned diced tomatoes. I like to serve this dish with a salad and a fresh loaf of Italian bread.
