Gourmet Shrimp Pizza Recipe

Gourmet Shrimp Pizza Recipe

Gourmet Shrimp Pizza RecipeGrowing up, my family frequented Chuckles restaurant, where I would generally order a slice of seafood pizza. Despite the peas, which I meticulously removed, Chuckles seafood pizza is one of my most favorite restaurant meals. Sadly, I haven’t found anything close to it at another restaurant. So, I decided to make my own. In my version, I opted to use peppers and onions rather than peas. For flavor, I sautéed raw shrimp in butter and garlic just until cooked. Although I only used shrimp this time, I sometimes add crab or lobster meat as well. Enjoy!
